Rich Merlie (left) is the general contractor. His company, R.L. Merlie, Co., is experienced building timber frame homes. Rich and his crew have previous experience installing structural panels. The home uses laminated beams and structural panels. Rich was chosen for his experience and commitment to quality construction. The black radiant heat tubing that goes to one of the two manifolds is visible on the poured concrete floor.
