Dear CIC members,

I would like to advise you that I have filed a complaint against Tim Stieve with the Sauk County District Attorney on September 19, 2004.

Due to the nature of the complaint and its direct impact on the public's ability to be properly informed about the Spring Green tower location, I request that the CIC not act on any issues regarding the purchase of land at the currently proposed tower site at Thuli and Jones Roads in Spring Green until this matter is resolved.
