June 2007 - A 17-year cicada (Brood XIII) emerging from a nymph husk. This emergence process started around 6pm and would continue for several hours to reach the point of having fully expanded wings.
The moment one gives close attention to anything, even a blade of grass, it becomes a mysterious, awesome, indescribably magnificent world in itself.
