Subject: Storm clean up volunteers available
All,
Sauk County is coordinating with an organization called Samaritans Purse (http://www.samaritanspurse.org/) , they are a volunteer group accustomed to working in disaster conditions. If anyone is interested in their assistance, they should contact the Sauk County at 355-3200 and request to be put on Samaritans Purse list for visitation. It is my understanding they are willing to do clean up work within a residence or business.
Dennis Kluge has been added as a limited term employee at Sauk County to help coordinate this effort; he can be reached at the 355-3200 number.
For general advice regarding clean up, people can also contact the county public health department at 355-3290.
Please assist in spreading the word to folks asking for assistance.
