05/09 - The sign was pulled up and thrown into the woods by a Town of Troy crewman. When questioned why, his response was "He had to mow." In the meantime he has cut down a number of big healthy trees on the right hand side of the road, gouged an ugly ditch, left a mess and piled the branches in a big pile on the left-hand side of road. He says he will eventually burn the pile but doesn't know when. Our once beautiful Troy Village Road is becoming an eye sore and we don't seem to be able to do anything about it. |
